Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible for your data
1.1. Your data is processed by individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Chuprina, registered in Georgia, identification number 304824821 — "the platform".
1.2. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to support@slaycontent.com.
2. What we collect
2.1. What you give us
- email and password (the password is stored as an irreversible hash, not as text);
- name, country, interface language, your description of yourself, avatar;
- contacts, if you provide them: telegram, phone, discord;
- your registration answers: the formats you work in, the platforms you work on, and a link to your profile;
- the social accounts you connect to the platform;
- your crypto wallet address for payments.
2.2. What appears as you use the platform
- links to the publications you submit;
- the analytics screenshots you attach, together with their original file names;
- your correspondence with moderation, including attachments;
- rewards, withdrawal requests and transfers: amounts, dates, recipient address and the blockchain transaction identifier;
- an activity log for your account: joining a campaign, moderation decisions, change of manager, payments.
2.3. What we collect about your publications
Public metrics of your posts: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, the account's follower count, and the title, description, publication date and duration. We obtain these from the social networks themselves and from services that supply this data.
2.4. Technical data
- IP address and browser string — recorded when you sign in and when a code is emailed to you;
- the marker for a device you allowed to skip the code;
- sign-in times and the number of failed attempts;
- session lifetime.
2.5. What staff write about you
Staff keep internal working notes about creators — for example about how work is going or why a decision was taken. These notes are not visible to you. We say so openly because they exist, and you may ask what they say about you.
3. Why we do this

We process this data because without it the service you came for cannot be provided, and some of it because the law requires it (financial records). No separate consent is needed for this, and it cannot be withdrawn: remove this data and the platform stops working for you.
The only thing done on your consent is emails about news and new projects. That consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, by the link in the email or by writing to support@slaycontent.com. Withdrawal affects nothing else: service emails — sign-in codes, password recovery, payment notifications — arrive regardless.
4. Who we share data with
4.1. Brand clients
The brand you made a video for receives the video and its related metrics. If you are recognisable in it or your account is named, that goes with the video. The rights involved are set out in the Content Use Terms, which you accept each time you submit a publication.

4.3. Public authorities
Where the law requires it and the request is lawful.
4.4. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not use it for advertising unrelated to the platform.
5. Cookies
We use five functional cookies: creator sign-in, staff sign-in, sign-in in progress, remembered device, and chosen language. All are needed for the platform to work.
We have no advertising cookies, analytics counters or pixels — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, none. That is why you see no cookie banner.
6. Where data is held
The database is in Frankfurt, Germany. Files are in Cloudflare storage. Email is sent through Resend. By using the platform you understand that your data moves between countries.
7. How long we keep data, and what happens when an account closes
7.1. You can close your account by writing to support@slaycontent.com. We withdraw access and remove your profile from the platform's operation.
7.2. Some records remain, namely:
- financial records — rewards, payments, transactions. They are needed for reporting and to answer whether a payment was made;
- records of accepted terms — which versions of documents you accepted and when. Destroying them would mean losing proof of your own rights;
- the activity log — it is immutable by design; a line cannot be erased from it;
- the content you made and the rights in it. Those rights were granted under the Content Use Terms and survive account closure, as those terms state.
7.3. What is removed: contact details, your description of yourself, avatar; connected accounts stop being used.
7.4. Financial records are kept for three years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which they arose: that is how long the Georgian revenue service may review those operations. The other records in 7.2 are kept for the same period, since they relate to and explain the same payments.
8. Your rights
8.1. You may:
- find out what data of yours we hold, including internal notes;
- receive a copy of the data you gave us;
- correct what is wrong — some of it directly in your account, the rest by email;
- close your account, subject to section 7;
- withdraw consent to emails — at any time and without consequence;
- complain if you believe we handle your data wrongly.
8.2. All of this is done by writing to support@slaycontent.com. We reply within 30 days.
8.3. We will ask you to confirm your identity: otherwise data could be obtained by someone impersonating you.
9. Security
Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Sessions are stored on the server and can be revoked; changing your password ends all sign-ins. Sign-in locks after a series of failed attempts. Keys for the email service and the database are kept separately from the code.
We do not promise absolute protection — there is no such thing. We promise that we take it seriously and will tell you if something happens.
10. Age
The platform is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If we find that an account was created by a minor, we will close it.
11. Changes
We may change this policy. A new edition is issued as a separate version, and we notify you of material changes by email or in your account.
